  bank here with caution. i closed my account last month, but they kept it open, unknown to me, and continued to charge service charges. I only found this out when i received a statement from them this month. I have made several phone calls, and with each one they've said they're reversing charges and properly closing the account, but this has still not happened. Supposedly after my last call they're taking care of it now, i will be skeptical until they confirm they have properly closed it. Prior to closing my account, i never received the checks that were supposed to be sent for my checking account. They also charge for their debit card. This is not a trustworthy bank.
